Because of the digital nature of our offerings and immediate access to proprietary content and community spaces, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.
2. Refund Policy
Unless explicitly stated in writing at the time of purchase:
- All payments are non-refundable
- This includes memberships, subscriptions, courses, workshops, digital downloads, and on-demand content.
- Refunds are not provided for partial use, non-participation, or change of mind.
No refunds will be issued due to:
- Personal scheduling conflicts
- Differences in individual outcomes or expectations
- Failure to cancel before renewal

3. Subscription Cancellation
Members may cancel a recurring subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
Upon cancellation:
- Access remains active through the end of the current paid billing period
- No further charges will be applied
- Access does not extend beyond the paid period unless re enrollment occurs

4. Termination for Cause
Soul to Soul Sisterhood™ | GLP-1 Sisterhood™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access at its discretion if a member:
- Violates the Terms of Service

- Engages in harmful, disruptive, or unsafe behavior
- Misuses content or intellectual property
Termination for cause does not entitle the member to a refund, in whole or in part.
This policy protects the community’s integrity, safety, and emotional well-being.
5. Free Trials or Promotional Access
If free trials or promotional access are offered:
- Eligibility and duration will be clearly stated
- Charges begin automatically at the end of the trial unless canceled beforehand
- Failure to cancel before the trial ends results in a non-refundable charge
6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in immediate account suspension.
We are committed to resolving concerns with clarity and respect and encourage members to reach out directly with questions before disputing a charge.
7. Policy Changes
